can anyone give me any insight on how to change these.i.e. for the plugs go in from the bottom, take out the washer fluid resrevior.anything would be helpful.

Plugs go in from the sides. Take out all the intake nonsense on the pax side. On the driver's side, it helps to take out the windshield washer reservoir. Maybe the battery, too, but try to do it without doing that. The fuel filter is just a remove and replace.
