What do i need to make the front end of the wagon into the sedan?

Are you talking WRX or Legacy, what? Also just as a peice of advise to avoid getting flamed, look at the sticky on changing your front end to fit the WRX bumper, make sure that your answer isn't there.

05 wrx wagon into a sedan front

Pretty sure it is a direct bolt on as far as the bumper goes. Don't know about the number but your local stealership should have that.

i though that the fender are wider

Last I knew, the fenders flare out more and the track is wider (i.e. different control arms). I can't think of what else.
