There was a gb on these here not too long ago, and did quite well. These are highly regarded by various different communities, for its quality/performance. They give you more than you pay for. Rumors say that D2 Racing manufactures coilovers for Tein, but I havent been able to confirm this myself.

They come with the camber plates which are adjustable from 0 to 3 degrees, and are available in various spring rates upon request, no charge. If these rates require re-valving, this is also done at no additional charge but on a special order basis. Several members here are using them, itd be great if they posted here.

They carry a 1 yr. warranty, same as JIC and Tein (no surprise on Tein ;) and are rebuildable/serviceable in the US. A shipment has just arrived and these are in stock, ready to ship for your Suby. As far as I know Tein manufactures, tests, and researches everything in house... except for the raw metal of course.

The D-Specs certainly will, the KYB I will have to verify when they open monday, their only showing it for the 02-03.

CaptainMorgan's question is a good one regarding the GC8 front struts on the WRX Wagon. The WRX Wagon front struts and the WRX Sedan front struts are NOT the same (narrower tract on the wagon). That's why I asked if Tokico made D-Specs WRX Wagon specific.

WShade, correct, shocks only. The kit with the springs/shocks is comming soon as an entire kit, but our sale would only be for the shocks, since most people already have springs or want to use their own choice.

Id suggest 7k-7k all aroundf if you want it stiffer, these will fit the wagon ;)

D2 (if thats what you meant) will indeed fit the wagon! The rears for the wagon come with a slightly stiffer spring rate to compensate for the extra weight ;)

We are out of stock as of now on the WRX and GC8 AGX, but are awaiting a shipment that arrives shortly from KYB. These are hard to keep on the shelf ;) For GC8 owners, we can do a bit better on the pricing for ya as well. While I do understand that some ebay auctions are tough to match, we do nonetheless stand by the warranty KYB offers and will assist in getting warranty issues taken care of as long as the guidelines are followed with their use :D

I have not had the time to install the struts I received last week and now I check this post to understand they will not work :confused: :confused: How are we going to handle this?

I wouldnt go that far yet, I will call Tokico again to confirm this, maybe its the same case as the KYB AGX, in which case they will fit your car, in a worse case scenario you can simply return them since they misinformed us (see page 1). In the case of the KYB AGX, the top mounts on the rear do not sit all the way since there is a 2 to 3mm gap. People are using washers to even the distance with great success. I will pm you as soon as they return from lunch over there and I get someone on the phone :)

i already have a set of d2s but i was hoping you could answer a couple questions. my vendor wasnt very helpful when i tried to find this out. what is the free length of the front and rear springs? what is the diameter/thickness of a 5k and 6k spring(thickness of the spring material)? what is the correct torque for the nut on the top of the strut?

I'm curious... Are you are out of AGX struts for all models? I'm looking for a GC8 set. I wasn't sure from the past posts if you are waiting for WRX sets or all sets....

FYI. The Tokico D-Spec's will indeed fit the '05 WRX. I installed mine this past weekend. The trick is too hit the top nut very gently with an impact wrench while the car is on the ground.
