I have a 95 2.2l coupe and a 2000 2.5rs. I got into an excident with my rs, and the 2.2 has been sitting in my driveway for half a year with a busted tranny. What i hope somebody can tell me is would the trunk lid, the back bumper and the back quaterpannel from the 2.2 fit the RS? If somebody knows please help, subaru parts are expensive and i would rather use the ones i already have.

yes they will fit.It is the same GC body style. Umm just try to keep searching through the for sale threads on totaled cars or whoever has this stuff laying around.

Its the same exact shell for all GC's (well coupe, wagon are slightly different) and for the coupe everything is the same except for the doors, b-pillar (position) seatbelt thingy and that quick flip front seats for easy access to the rear.

Why dont you sell the L to get the money to fix the RS rather than hacking up a perfectly good car?

neither was a perfectly good car :mad: but McDade has a point, it may be finacialy betetr to fix and sell the L or sell the RS and fix the L.
