View Full Version : Where is the power window relay or power window circuit breaker

I've got a 93 with non-functional power windows. For what I could gather from the previous owner, his mechanic replaced "a" relay and the windows worked for a few days, then quit. Since all 4 windows do not work and based the data from the previous owner, the problem must be a component failure before the switches and motors. From what I can discern from the wiring schematics, the problem spot must be the p/w relay or the p/w circuit breaker, or both. Now here's the problem, I can't find them. In the service manual, it looks like they're in the front, driver's side door. However I looked and they are not there.

Any clues as to where they might be? Any thoughts on what the problem with the windows may be? Any ideas on how to test the parts with a multimeter once I find them?

Thanks!
