View Full Version : HIDs for my03 wrx with jdms lilripstr 03-15-2005, 10:32 PM I was wondering if anyone know which HID kit is good for a set of rewired jdms on my o3 wrx, and would anyone know how to install it. I had to cut and splice some wires to make the jdms work on my car, so I don't know if getting HIDs are a good idea or not, any info is greatly appreciated thank you! There is also the issue of HID kits being illegal to sell so it's not surprising if some of the vendor links don't work any more. However there is still plenty of info in the thread. If they are JDM HIDs, there's a good chance that you may have the incorrect beam pattern (RHD instead of LHD), unless the previous owner, assuming it's used, modded the cutoff/glare shield. Nothing is installed upside down. That is what the pattern looks like when HIDs are installed into the halogen STI projector headlights. |
