I can say one thing , a person is probably better off without the manual. It is pretty useless. The hardest part of the install is orientating the brackets in the fog light area. It's one of those installs that is very simple once you have seen it done but can take some time if you haven’t. Since the manual shows this with useless diagrams it's not worth even looking at it . There have been several step by step directions on how to install in this section . I even posted a few photos to show the proper orientation of the brackets.
U think you would find a search more useful than the manual.

okay... first, plug in the foglight switch by taking out the plastic button hole cover next to the cruise button... there should be a plug sitting right there, this is the plug the switch should plug into.

second, plug in a fog light relay into the second, third, or fourth relay socket next to the in-car fuses, on the right side of the fuses. this is directly below where you just put the switch.

now, take off the foglight surround trim and look behind the bumper for a plug with two wires coming out of it... one black, the other white with a black stripe. these are the foglight plugs. plug your foglights into these plugs, and bolt them on to the mounting pieces that should be on the stock bumper. make sure they're on tight and aimed correctly, and reinstall the trim pieces.

you're done unless something's borked or out of place.

The photo below shows the orintation of one of the brackets behind the fog light structure. The fog light clips to a lip on the bracket ending up below the bracket. Not shown is the two 10 mm bolts which holds the bracket to a metal platform in the fog light area.
