Hey all i got a 2000 2.5RS a few weeks ago and put a new headlight in it last night. I also put brighter IPF H4 blubs but now the new healight (right) is aimed higher than the old (left) one. How do i adjust headlights on a GC8?

The "rear bumper aprons" are called rear spats by most people.

Be careful with higher-wattage bulbs on the factory wiring. They draw more current and run hotter, and this can damage the harnesses and connectors over time. It's generally more of a problem on the newer cars that use 9007's, but it does also happen with H4's.

Ill check everything the wires and connections weekly for awhile to check for problems. But i still cant figure out where the headlight adjusters are on my GC?

Look for either torx bit looking things or phillips bit looking things around the opening to the headlight, and on the top. Maybe on the back of the main unit??
You shouldnt have to adjust your headlights after just replaceing bulbs. There has to be more to this that you are leaving out. Did you remove the entire assembly? I am just trying to get a feel for what is actually out of whack :)

From the engine bay... For up/down adjustment on the back of the light there should be a white tab sticking out from the headlight next to the rubber grommet (for lack of a better word) you remove to get access to the actual bulb itself. For the pass. side it'll be to the left of the rubber grommet, for the driver's side, it'll be to the right. There's a phillips screw in the white tab. Turn clockwise to raise the beam, counter-CW to lower it. On the passenger side it'll be blocked somewhat by the hood support rod.
It's the only white tab protruding from the headlight so it should be easy to spot.
