depends... on what your looking to do. without pictures its hard to know what your car is like, seems as tho you have a 2dr impreza L. So id have to say something along the lines of a version 6 front bumper, maybe rims. If your looking for speed, save up for an engine swap... when you think about it. choices are endless

Better tires.

I would also say tires. Upgrade to 16" rims first. More so for looks, but if you upgrade your brakes later on then you will need them. Then I would find some rear lateral links for the sway bar and upgrade that while you're there. Then go for an STI block and do that. You might want to get better seats somewhere in there too. Now, all this is just opinion so really do whatever you want.

If you're asking personal opinions, here goes. Screw all that cosmetic crap unless you have low self esteem and just want to impress people AND have money to burn.
F & R swaybars w/ better bushings and solid endlinks
Camber adjutable strut tops if your new coilovers didn't come with them
Possibly strut tower bars, possibly.
Tires (and wheels), pref. 16" for versatility and good ride, and economy. You'll be happier if you spend more money on tires than wheels as far as driving is concerned unless you score some mad deal in classifieds.
Driving dependent, I'd get skid plates, bucket seats, harnesses and a roll cage ;)
A better clutch as the stock one, well, I don't like it.
While we're replacing that, a lighter flywheel, and maybe a lighter crankshaft pulley, though I'm not sure how much those do, they are cheap.
Once all that crap is done, consider replacing the headers and exhaust, or maybe even adding a turbo. What are you going to do with extra power without the modifications to control it?
