WOOHOO!!! Alright, out of everyone's suggestions, and trying everyting and breaking the socket and breaker bar... I went to AutoZone and bought another breaker bar and another 22mm socket and put it down on the concreet, took off the spark plug wires, cranked it up for a fraction of a second and BOOM! hehe, j/k. It worked like a charm, thanks everyone for all your suggestions and help.

What did you put on the concrete? I am about to install a pulley on mine tomorrow. What tricks do you know? Thanks.

He went the "I've had just about fricken enough of this" route. You put the socket on the bolt and the breaker bar down on the pavement and turn the car over for a fraction of a second- as the crank turns, the pulley does, but the breaker bar hits the pavement and can't go any further. The pulley and bolt keeps turning against the now pinned socket and breaker bar, the bolt loosens, you pass go and collect your $200 ;).

I did the pully on my car, it was a pain in the arssss. But two broken socket wrenches later, and finally deciding to use a breaker bar, and not the torque wrench to pull off the pully, it finally broke loose. (Wasn't my torque wrench. it was my dad's. if i broke that thing. he would have broken me. He hasn't even used it yet and it's not cheap.) always use a breaker bar. I also used a pipe on the breaker bar to get more torque on it. once i did that it came loose easily. i wish i had thought of the concrete thing. would have saved me a day, and two socket wrenches. DON'T USE SOCKET WRENCH!!!
