Dropped my STi off last wednesday to get a clunking noise in the rear inspected and repaired. Turned out needing a strut and strut mount, which is what I figured. Anyway, the service manager, Brian, is a great guy. I had only met him once before, about 3 months ago, and he not only recognized me when I walked in, but knew my name! I got the car back, the clunking noise was gone. There were no new dings/dents/scratches/scrapes anywhere on the car (including the wheels), and the lug nuts weren't overtorqued! They didn't even move my seat for their test drives! :)

All-around great experience, and I woulnd't hesitate to take my STi back to Gerald North Aurora for service, or recommend the dealership to others.
