The old dragster method:

1350/trap speed = possible best e.t.
1350/e.t. = possible best trap speed
e.t. * trap speed = the closer to 1350 the better.

for you...

1350/102.61 = 13.15

I've went 13.115 @ 102.97, back in '02.

Another old dragster equation-

for every tenth you take off in the sixty foot, you'll take 2 tenths off your total e.t.

so... if you had a 1.99 and pulled a 1.79, 2 tenths * 2 = 4 tenths.

13.51 - 0.40 = 13.11

:D

I thought 1/4mile was 1320?

1350 is just a number... its has no meaning outside this equation.

1 quarter mile is indeed 1,320 feet. :D Unless you are in Japan, where its 1,312 feet. lol!
