This S4 has an off the shelf APR Stage III kit, including K04 turbos, RS4 intercoolers, RS4 MAF, etc. Crappy tune. Probably a mid to high 12 second car. This is not my S4 BTW. ;)

Impreza RS had a JDM swap. Not exactly sure on what else the Impreza had, but the owner is a member of this forum, so maybe he'll reply and give us some more insight into his car and mods. :p

Very nice runs and good job with the camera as well. It looks like that S4 has some mad top end lol. Once after 4th gear that thing just kept on pullin. The RS sounds sick, wish I could've heard the S4 though.

My friend just bought his S4... It came with the APR Stage III kit (K04s/fueling/tuning/etc), RS4 intercoolers, Stoptech brakes, and a few other minor things. It's probably a mid 12 second car.

My S4 also has K04s, but I have a FMIC, ramair intake, and some weight reduction. Best run to date is an 11.4 @ 121. Here's an in-car video of me running 11.5 @ 120...

Haha, I have a Recaro Pole Position seat sitting in my room. Funny, because I actually bought the set off this website. :p

The Ford GT was a cool car... So fast yet so smooth. Still, I don't think it's worth the $200K+. I'd much rather get the new Z06 for $60K or whatever. ;)

On the way home, we played a bit on Route 59. You can tell the GT was faster, but not by much. From 40 to 150, he had me by about a half a car. His shifting was hurting him. :D

Yeah, that's the Silver S4 I rolled out with. He followed me all the way home because his MAF blew and I have a ton of them at my house. :lol:

More info on the RS swap. Is it really an RA? Any dyno runs or track times. The first vid you guys ran a long time about 24 seconds, My car would have been near the rev limiter in 5th at about 150 mph. 5th gear in the RA trans blows, its to much taller then 4th, they should be closer together. I am assuming you are running stock boost on pump gas?

Actually Stock RS's weigh closer to 2,900. And atleast that or more with a turbo swap.

scoobie steve- it really is an ra setup.. 5th gear does suck..during the run where i was ahead when i hit 5th gear my car had no power at all... somethins wrong. not too concerned.. i dont hit 5th in the 1/4 either way.

bcobra- we should both be in the mid 12's. my friend has a 04 sti running 12.5's and were side by side.. only 1 way to find out tho.

If I ever do a swap, I'm gonna start off with a '93 base model. 13" wheels, no a/c, etc. Weighs 2350. :lol: Then of course you add a lot of weight with the big brakes, motor, tranny, rear end, etc, etc. Here's a link for ya:
