Well about 2 weeks ago i installed the AP, flashed the base map and real time map (stage 2). I have an up and down pipe (background info). An this weekend im putting on a bosal singe tip exhaust. They sent me the two tools to reset the ECM. My question is do I need to re-flash my car because i re-set the ECM, due to installing the exhaust????
Any info would be helpful, thanks!

What tools do you speak of?

If its just doing an ECU reset it won't hurt anything. Probably help the ECU relearn with the new catback

No need to do another reflash, the base map is already loaded.

Nope, Stage 2 includes the exhaust mods - resetting the ECU is good, though.
But you do NOT need to run a real time map over your base map.

The"tools" i got witht exhaust inside the box. The paper about them reads "if the engine has over 500 miles or more, the engine control module (ECM) memory must be cleared before starting vehicle. To clear ECM read suby service manual."

Clarification: to clear the ECU, unhook negative battery cable and pump brakes for a few seconds. This will remove the "learning" your stage two ECU has overlaid and give it a fresh start with your somewhat less restrictive axleback exhaust. It will not erase your Stage 2 programming, so no need to re-install that. You car will "learn" the new exhaust system now.
