I just got a price quote from a dealer in my area, Fairway Subaru and they quoted me 22,000 for an 05 wrx. Is this a good price??

if its 22 otb then thats a really good price, if not then its the ave price people pay for that car. i bought mine for 25otd

22 is most likely selling price

but if you are trading your car there's more to the deal than meets the eye. ;) Don't just go by what you "think" you are paying for the car
