How can i fix this, cant pass emissions which was due a month ago lol. Tried unplugging the battery and then going up there but that didnt work. Help!

First thing would be to use the Search button. This issue has been covered a ton.

Either try a mechanical fix like the GPMoto CEL boss. www.rallitek.com

Or there are resistors you can wire in www.boxer4racing.com

Or you can try and remove the headers and either wrap them with header wrap or have them jet coated SEARCH BUTTON

Or you can put the stock manifold back on and reset the computer and go pass emissions.

Why would a CEL prevent you from passing emissions?

Lots of places use an OBD-II and check the ECU. If you have a CEL, well no passy, especially when the code is for cat efficiency.
