if you have cash in hand, you can take it for 9.5k no questions asked, 78k miles 2000 (with rear lsd, ooh!) dark blue w/ black interior. It runs beautifully, no mechanical problems ever, no crashes, recent brake job and new tires, it only has an air intake installed and i have all the stock bits, also it has a CD player installed some el-cheapo Aiwa that is yours. It only has a few door dings and the fog lights are chipped, but I can replace those before you pick up the car if you so desire. The interor is in good shape. I would like to actually do a STi conversion on it myself, but I got a raise at work so instead I am going to buy a STi ;) I'd love to see this machine get the love it truley deserves though. www.kbb.com said 9.5k for this vehicle. edit, forgot to mention it's a 5 speed manual, and it still has the stock clutch which is probably still at 95% holding power. not bad for 78k miles.

Ok, well if you change your mind the offer remains on the table, if you have parts that would fit an STi I'll consider trade since as soon as I sell my car I'm going to buy a STi.
