I am actually able to make the Goblin Valley camping trip this weekend. But I am going to drag race friday night and then head out from Bandi to the highway. You all missed out, I WAS the cook today. I made things like Steak tips and Shrimp in rice with a zesty enchilada sauce and bits of avocadoes and sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds. I put on a bunch of stuff at REI and nothing fit. Giro stuff, I think. I mean, I just want something cheap, but *nothing* fit. I have an XXXL Boeri snowboarding helmet that I had to cut out some styrofoam. And an XXXL HJC motorcycle helmet. By straight up measurement, I should just barely fit into some of these L Giros, but my head is a little longer front to back and narrower side to side than I guess the "standard" head that is 63cm around. I guess I can get the biggest Giro I could find at REI and cut out some styrofoam, but that really is a pain in the ass.

Time yourself, bring your own stopwatch. [I bought two for $5.94 each at Wal-Fart.]
I'll supply the direction booklet that includes times, turns, directions, road names and landmarks. Its about four pages. It takes about 87 minutes to do the course at my speeds.

The best that I can give you about hitting the times at the various points is that I tried to maintain a steady 10 miles an hour over the speed limit whenever I was not obstructed by other vehicles. :disco: If a person speeds like a crazy dog, they will beat the time that I set up, but, if they are slackers on the gas pedal, their time will be off as well. Pay attention to the speed limit and add 10 mph.

I have recently gotten in the habit of making my own BBQ sauce.
You can play with your ratios, but catsup, mustard, worchestershire sauce and vinegar makes for a good start. Depending on what I am looking for I spice according to desired ethnicity. Sometimes add soy sauce, tabasco, garlic, wasabi, etc. etc...

The dyno up at Super Rupair is a nice set up, Nice to see so many friendly faces up there today. Work has kept me in port a lot lately.

I spent the day holding an AFR guage for my bud Mark and his poorly tuned RX7 at the dyno. I saw Larry in his car dyno today, and Mark R was there too. I was thinking about hanging out and trying to help tune a UTEC ore even saying hi to monson, but then I remembered that I had just stopped by to pick up a used 15$ rear lateral link for the wagon and my dog hadn't eaten. I LOVE HAVING A GREAT DYNO SHOP NEAR MY HOUSE!!!

sorry we missed you. It was me, Diz and Rameriz hanging out with Joe and Jon. The RS bettered it's numbers with a good tranny. 137.7whp. Now Rameriz needs to raise the bar and get his little wagon project going again. It sucks to have friends know who you so well. I'm getting a little pressure to do the hardwood in the house. Honestly, I'd like to see it happen as well.
