View Full Version : 18x7.5 +42 offset - 225/40/18 and Tein S, Rubbing? 2ndGearFling 04-25-2005, 11:34 AM Will this rub? Thanks guys! Luke@tirerack 04-25-2005, 11:50 AM most likely it will rub unless you run alot of negative camber djerickd 04-25-2005, 11:51 AM it may (barely) if you are slammed more than 1.5" in the rear. 2ndGearFling 04-25-2005, 04:33 PM The front is a 1.9 drop and the back is a .7 Im not too worried about the back but the front is my concern. Is there anyone that has this setup? Any other input would be great. djerickd 04-25-2005, 05:13 PM oh don't worry about it then! 2ndGearFling 04-25-2005, 07:06 PM Even the front will be ok?? Thanks for all of your input so far guys. djerickd 04-25-2005, 08:22 PM I think so I'm running 1.5" drop in the front on 18x8.5" +38 on 225/40's I think you will be ok... 2ndGearFling 04-25-2005, 09:55 PM how many camber adjustment bolts have you used? are you using like 2 for each front and 2 for each back or just 1 each. Thanks for any input. djerickd 04-25-2005, 10:49 PM just 2 aftermarket ones out back. the fronts are factory adjustable. 2ndGearFling 04-26-2005, 12:19 AM Awesome, I really appreciate all of your help on this. MD04WRX 04-26-2005, 12:50 AM I'm running 18x7.5 with +48 offset - lowered 1.5" in the frt and 3/4" in the rear with no rubbing at all. gharari 05-12-2005, 12:40 AM I'm running Ray's G-games 18x7.5 +42mm offset, 225/40/18 (Falken Ziex ZE-512).
