I'm loosing air from the base of one of my tire valves and need to replace it. I want to go ahead and replace all 4 with shorter ones. Would I be able to deflate the tire, push it down off the edge of the wheel (like standing on the tire sidewall), replace the valve, then push up the tire up enough to seal the wheel and then pop the tire in place by inflating?

you probably could with a 60 and higher sidewall, but it would be very difficult with 45 series, esspecially RE070s if that is you have. Even then, you would need to rebalance your tires.

I suggest just letting a tire shop do it.
