So far, my experience with them has been very good. They gave me a great price and have been awesome as far as making sure any concerns I have had are taken care of. Also, they have been really good about warranty issues (window tint and battery).

You know what's funny is I went there for an oil change and mentioned that I needed to go to the parts department and get some windshield wipers. The service writer looked at my mileage and said, we can cover that under warranty. I've never heard of a dealership replacing wiperblades as part of the warranty. Chevy told my dad his wipers on his 04 trailblazer were normal wear and tear items and he'd have to replace them himself. Nothing but good experience with Steven Jory so far.

I had a good experience with them as well recently. I needed some large special order OEM parts where shipping would of killed me. They not only got the parts in 4 days, they matched/beat the popular online parts dealers prices, plus no shipping charges. :D

They do offer a NASIOC discount, best bet to get it is to contact Michael Ehle (M.Ehle on here) or Scott Clouse (service manager). Otherwise, identify yourself as NASIOC family to the parts manager Chuck Day you should get a discount.

Thanks again Michael!

Regards,

Aaron

Looks like it's been a while since anyone has posted anything about Steven Jory. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I bought an 06 WRX from them in Jan of 06. Worked with Michael Ehle who is the man. Unfortunately he is no longer there, but there are some really cool people there that will help.

Just recently got some warranty work done (fuel senders were bad). Best service ever. I'll never take my car to any other Subaru dealer in town, even if my drive is a bit far (live in Chandler).

Just dropped my STI of there today. The service advisor was very polite with me. They covered my work without questions(small oil leak) and are doing an alignment. Like I said, this is my first time dealing with them, but they were very nice and polite.

Have nothing but great things to say about Steven Jory. Techs anwered all of my questions. Got a specialty clutch part ordered from them and called me the second it came in. Even remember what day I said I would come in and had it ready to go!

I went to Camelback Subaru (first time I had been home in 2 years 6/2007) to have a simple service done. Extremely rude and short with me. I was just thinking, omg I really hope this is not who I have to go through from now on.

I must recommend Steven Jory as every single time I have called to purchase or just have a questioned answered, they have been on top of it. Kudos!
