Last night I as driving and someone in a OBS waved to me but I didn't catch it in time to wave back. I feel like a jerk for not waving but I didn't expect it, so I conducted a experiment. I waved at every Subaru I saw for the rest of the night(only if we were in clear view of each other and it is obvious that they can see me waving). 7 Subaru's I waved at, 0 waved back!

see? so don't feel bad about not waving back to that first guy :)

What is up with that?
I was doing that too and get very few waves back.
Oh well some people don't get it.

Yesterday I pulled up to a stop light and right next to me a guy pulled up in a Legacy Outback (I drive a 02 OBS) I could tell there was something on his mind. He was inching forward. it was early morn. on the way to work. His lane faded into mine only 100 yards ahead.
Could he beat me to the lane choice? He was thinking.....
NO! We launched from the line, leaveing the 1970 Fordpick-up choking and sputering.:p
I slowly inched ahead of the big OBS untill about 4000rpm, then my little OBS launched again and it was over!
We slowed to the following light, came to a stop looked at eace other, smiled;) . He nodded in defeat. I grinned:D in victory!
We went to work with a big smile:D :D on our faces.
Damn that was fun! lesson for Big OBS owners....Same engine lighter car= Bye now! :lol:

i like the FLASH of the lights...

but if i waved at every Subaru i saw... i'd be a busy gal here in the Pacific NW.... :lol:

i try to flash RS' when i see em... and any other - performance oriented scoobs.... there's a TON of em round here...
