Hi guys,
My STi is at near 30K miles, and the maint. schedule recommends replacing the plugs. I was wondering what everyone is using. My car is stock. Only mod are Cartech brake pads :) Should I just get stock plugs? Are they NGKs?

There's a sticky in the PROPER forum about this. I'll move you over there.

I don't think you have many options other than going with 1 step colder NGKs which aren't necessary for a stock car. Go with the stockers.
