My fuel guage only goes slightly pass the 3/4 mark when i fill up. It has been like this for about a month now. Is this something I could look into myself and fix, or should I take it to the dealer? Thanks.

the fuel level thingamabobber could be broken or stuck, or maybe something else wrong.

either way, probably your best bet would be to take it to a dealer.

You've got two fuel senders, one on each side of the tank, and one is stuck or faulty. Or it could be a bad electrical connection. Or it could be in the gauge. You could troubleshoot it, but if you're under warranty let the dealer do it.

yea i have the same problem, i here its common for 04 sti's

Mine does the same thing and when I finally get to do my 30K service I'm going to have them look at this as when as my groaning struts.
