Hey all i'm trying to find a store that i could buy this from. It was from the omorimeter website but they say it's from defi. I checked the defi site and no luck finding the hood for an "oldschool" rs. Well if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. It fits 52 mm or 60mm gauges.

Defi probably makes the gauge hood, but Omori makes the gauges and if it's Omori gauges you are looking for, you were at the correct site- http://www.omorimeter.com . In fact, they have a special right now on the GC8/GF8 gauges right now :): http://www.omorimeter.com/this_month_special.htm The gauge hood for the RS is available from the dealership for sub $50.

hey north i was looking for the hood only. I just wanted it so i could put my own assortment of gauges in. I wanted the pretty hood like the one in the picture not the oem subaru one. I'd rather have this:

That looks like the one from the Defi groupbuys they've been having in private classifieds. I know it was for the WRX, so I'm not sure if it works for both, or if it's a slight variation? Maybe it's just not on Defi's web site? I'd send them an email or call.
