I'm quite familiar with the STi uppipe's broken welds at the flanges (black arrows). I've had two bad uppipes.
This latest one looks real good. But I'm still thinking about having it touched up on both ends before installation.
It has been suggested here that we also weld at the dark blue arrow.
I'm thinking about also having the light blue arrows done.
Any suggestions before I have it welded?

DON'T weld the center dark blue arrow !! It's for the movement of the Sti FLEX uppipe !!

the Black one on the left is the most common to breakage...aand I wouldn't weld the Dark blue...needed for Flex
