Here is my setup, I just want someone to varify if this will work ok.

JGT500 Catback
3in DP
Short Ram Intake (can be switched to stock with drop in k&n)
HKS SSQV (not that I think that should matter)

And, if I did this and decided to gut the up, would I need to retune it?
