I haven't done anything to the car since RalliSpec did a WRX conversion on it. Just last weekend the car started blowing its speedo/window/turn signal fuse. It seems to happen only on start and stop, and only then one out of every 5 or so times. Anyone have any ideas as to how to go about diagnosing/fixing/afro engineering this one?
