if i have the defi genome sti boost gauge will the regular oil, and egt gauges plug right into the control unit for the sti gauge? i know its a newb ? but i was just curious if i have to get the jdm guages or if i can get the defi bf gauges and use what i have! thanks in advance

Look at the back of the controller to see if it has extra inputs.

yes it has plenty but do they have to be genome or can they be any defi gauges ? that sumes up my question!

Any defi link series should work with that controller then. It's just STi branded defi stuff.
