Any one done any modifications on this WRC look a like dual lights from e-bay?
Like painted them flat black, installed Hella's 90mm lower beam lights, etc?
I am looking for someone to share expirience.

If by "that" you mean replacing the low beams with 90mm projectors, I believe somoene here did just that. I can't quite remember the username, but iirc, the retrofit was with the HID version of the 90mm projectors.

There isn't much one can do with the finish short of painting it, but the bigger issue, imho, is how thin the ABS plastic is. --> careful when baking the unit.

On a related note, there seems to be a new version floating around on eBay, where the low beam reflectors have been replaced by some projector low beams. Here's an example:

If it weren't that expensive, I'd be tempted to buy one and do another writeup, but I wouldn't keep my hopes up too high. Afaik, a lot of aftermarket projector headlights use 55W H3-bulb -based units. My guess is that the said unit above uses H3 as well. While that should do just fine for foglights, I wonder whether it can even match the OEM low beam reflectors in terms of beam quality and spread.

Hella's use H9 bulbs which should be good replacement for OEMs (I think Morretes use them as well). The reason I desided to get those lights; I saw guy at AutoX, and from the distance of 3 yards I thought he is using authentic Orciaries. When I asked him he explained to me that he sanded this ebay lights and painted then flat black, he removed silver reflector for city lights and painted them as well. The only one thing I thought he didn't finished that was city light bulb he replaced with orange bulb. No cover and I thought it will be too easy for water to get there and corroded contacts.
I want to go farther and replace low beams with Hella's. With a dollar so cheap now and exchange rate is so high, I feel that would be prohibitetly expancive to buy Morretes of Prodrive and known where we live its too easy to lost $800 lights to some thiefs on the street. That is why I desided to go with this cheapo version.

Well good luck, by the time you get done modding them you could have bought some decent lights to begin with. Morettes are available used on here all the time in the $400 range give or take, and you wouldn't need to mod them, just put them on (ok you might want to paint them if they're not already painted the right color). Even new Morettes aren't that expensive, shouldn't be more than $600. Forget about Prodrives, they aren't being imported any more although used ones may turn up occasionally.
FYI Morette low beams are H7, not H9.

Yes to be honest I don't like design of Morretes or UK300. but WRC/Prodrive or Orciaries is more of my taste

By the way, if price is not too big of an issue, instead of getting Hella 90mm low beam projectors, how about getting Hella 90mm biXenon projectors for one pair, and Hella 90mm fog projectors for the other. That way, you get room for a long range driving light on the stock fog location (say, Hella Rallye4000s), and your headlights cover the low, high, and fogs. Not cheap, but probably less than JDM STi HIDs. While you're at it, replace the turn signal with the terrible reflector housing with Hella turn signal units.

Yup, price is issue, since I went with e-bay lights in the fist place.
I got Hella 90 mm's for $75 (I think its good price) each and found turn signal covers here http://www.heeters.com/temp.shtml. Will install LED bulb inside.

Regarding the LED, you may need to experiment with the orientation of the LED cluster a bit in order to get something whose beam pattern matches the OEM. Imho, the reflectors for the OEM turn signal is very well designed; it would be too bad if the replacement is poorer in that aspect.

I'm not quite sure I understand this. One thing for sure, I test-baked one unit and found out that the thin ABS plastic wilts very easily. If you want to remove the odd-looking partially-frosted turn signal lens, the best bet is to sacrifice the lens and just trim it off with a good drum sander. Regarding the black ABS plastic's finish, I suppose a good coat of primer and a flat black paint will improve the appearance.

yeah i would use some flat black paint after a little light sanding. no need to bake it. a couple of real nice flat black paints are BBQ stove and grill paint, or duplicolor flat black wheel paint, or even black camoflauge paint. the grill and the camo paint can be found at walmart. the camo paint is realy flat since it is ment to not reflect anything and "blend in".
