Hey all,
I'm looking for a good place (inexpensive) to buy this shift knob. Since these seem to be the shift knob of choice, I thought I'd just go for the popular one and forego originality.

thanks

Just call up Options. They have them at decent prices. There's only like $10 markup so I doubt many shops are interested in discounting at all.

I have the Sti short-throw shifter. How does the boot attach to this knob? I don't want a loose boot. Has anyone solved this problem?

I got my at PPS. Good cutomer service. I got my in about 1.5 week. It is the cheapest place I found. Call them and ask for Wayne Patenaude. Tell Waynee that you were refered by a i-club member who bought one from him before. I think it around $65 or less depend how strong the us $ is. For the most part it should be $65.

Instruction and tips: Danno information is great.

"slide a 1/2" rubber grommit over the metal shaft" is a great simple but effect ideal to hold up the boot. It works so good.
