Hi there folks....

Due to demand, World One is now offering ported heads along with its built blocks for local and national customers. Included are some pics of the porting in progress. These pictures were taken during the initial phases of the port job. Each head takes us about 12+ hours to do the job the way that we like.

We have yet to take pics of a finished set before it heads out the door. This is stupid I know, but by the time we are done customers are usually so anxious to get their heads that we have to send them right out or they come down to pick them up.

The stock heads leave a lot to be desired. We have a series of porting services available that are broken into stages. Each stage is custom tailored to your specific set up and requirements (stock valves, oversized valves ect.)

Does porting EJ heads make power is the inevitable question. We will have dyno results of a couple of cars that feature our ported heads, block and more. Honestly a test of just ported heads vs. non ported heads is unlikely due to the complexity of such a test.

Here are the photos, if you have questions, email.

Are they actually port / polished ? or are you just cleaning up the rough spots?

TIA

They are actually port and polished. However I do not have flow number for this service yet. Remember these pics are from about 4 hours into a 24 hour port job. I will get the finished pics up by the end of the week.

BTW, Do you have flow numbers for stock heads for comparison?
