Are you sure that was an F1 car?? I haven't seen F1 in quite some time, but the driver looked like he was sitting a bit high.

Awesome video, nonetheless. I wonder if the SRT crowd would consider him a "Good Driver".

The video said it was an F3000 car not an F1 car..still cool nonetheless..I wish we had more tarmac hill climb events / tarmac rallies in the USA

No I wasn't sure if it was or not, all I know is that those cars are stinking fast.

It's not F1. More like F3. The proportions are way out. Also if you listen to the engine when it's running, it's not revving as high. An FIA spec F1 engine peaks at 18,000-18,500. That engine in the vid isn't even pulling 10,000.

Still a fun way to spend the day.

Oh and if it was an F1 car, you wouldn't even be able to see it when it comes honking around those corners.
