that's a very good time I think for turboback and chip. How quick is your 1-2 shift and at what RPM did you shift?

The chip is stange 2, and according to my boost gauge i was only reading 12.5 lbs of boost, probably due to the 88 degree temps. I completly embarassed some guy in a GN. I 1-2 shift is pretty fast, i shift out of first at 6.6-.6.8K

do you really get gains from the IC hoses?

Supposedly they are smoother and provide a better flowpath. The real reason people get them is because the stock plastic pieces start to crack and melt at the higher power levels. The main reason is probably because people upgrade their turbos and exhausts and dont put the heat shields back on. The guy who i installed my old vf34 stage 4 parts onto his car ran them for about 4 months and then his turbo intake pipe cracked.

I have about the same mods but a utec instead and Ive done just a couple passes but my best was 13.5 , I have been shifting around 7.25 K rpms. Maybe I should try shifting at around 6.5-6.8 ...

Possibly, try shifting right at 7K. Also whats your 60 foot look like?
