just curious which would give me better power gains. the cobb stage 2.5 with the vf 34, or a vf 39 with the sti tmic properly tuned with the pro tuner?

i may be comeing across a cheap sti tmic and vf 39 and was hopeing it would be a better solution to the stage 2.5.

p.s. ill get a set of sti pinks and a walbro. I already have a cobb tbe and will be getting a cobb up pipe with the turbo upgrade

the 34 is a little bigger and will give slight power gains over the 34/30. If you can get a good enough deal on the 39 it would make sense, but keep in mind you would have to get the 39 tuned for. The cobb off the shelf map is for 34/40.

Buy which ever one you can get the cheapest. The slight advantage of the 34 wont make itself apparent until both turbos are MAXED.

I would like to try that new VF40. Isnt that supposed to be good for up to 400 hp?
