I'm comparison shopping for quality short shifters for '00RS, but I'm tight on cash, too. I know that the STi shifter is cheaper through subaruparts.com at about $200. I noticed that the Kartboy is much less expensive at about $108, but I'm wondering if it affords the same performance as the STi? Would the Kartboy have the same aggressive/notchy feel if I used the Cusco bushings? RallyX is a likely possibility and thus a consideration in my decision.
