i dont want big fat bugs in my scoop. is there's nething i can do to prevent nasty ass bugs taking a oneway trip to bug-hell into my scoop-o-doom?.. i was thinking of gettin gutter guard or a mesh of some sort mentioned in other threads, but not use just 1 layer, but use like 3 or 4. i was wondering if this is a feasible idea. nething particularly bad about this?

in 3 weeks im gonna drive 330 miles up to rochester for school and many a bugs are gonna die. ugh. disgusting...

ChosenWon is selling some mesh kits in the Classifieds Forum. These look great and the price seems great too.

The only thing you have to remember is that the more mesh you have over the scoop, the more you'll be interrupting the airflow, and therefore reducing the efficiency of your intercooler. It probably won't make a huge difference, but there you go.

Place a small tray in the top. Catch all the bugs you can by some high speed driving. Remove, season to taste, and serve. Nice and warm.

Just get some mesh and zip tie it

You need to get a vanity plate that says,

"Bug Killa" :lol:

Bugs that get sacrificed to the great Boxer engine give it extra mojo.
