Ok well a few days ago i decided to be a jack*ss and wire a back up beeper off of a forklift onto my truck. Its a 1989 chevy s10. I wired it directly from the reverse light. I dd a half as job. Didnt cover any of my connections because it was just a joke and wasnt perminant. Like 2-3 days. Well it must of go wet or something and shorted something out.

Now when i have my head lights / tail lights on, my tail lights dont work. And when my lights are on my turn signals dont work. When my lights are off my turn signals work fine. The emergencey flashers work when lights are on or off. Yes i know thats a different relay and all but i figured id put it up. There is no power to the turn signal relay on the fuse block when the lights are turned on.

I checked all my fuses, there good. I replaced the bulbs, Checked the relay for the turn signals that is in the fuse block. It all checks out ok. But they still dont work. I un-hooked the back up beeper and re-wired the reverse light.

Any help or ideas of things to do or to check. I am stumped.

Sounds like you yanked off a ground back there. The positive sides of each bulb rest at ground (usually) when they are off. So they can provide ground randomly for other bulbs through their housing. That's why one will work only with another off. Something like that.
