TRi Tuning, where is my blue STI AT Pedal Set????? I have waiting for couples month!!!(from the STI group buy) Everytime when I asked you, you just said is sending out and will give me the tracking no, but where is the item and the tracking no???? And please reply my e-mail!!! Can I just return my money back!!!
P.S. I don't want to put this topic in here, but I have no choice, because TRi Tuning don't reply me!!!

I've had horrible trouble getting pedals from TRi. Chris keeps saying he'll call me.. I keep having to call when I don't hear anything for a week, where he tells me he'll call me in a day or two when the pedals (supposedly) will come in. Apparently USPS lost the first set he tried to send me, and it's been downhill since then. :( :(

I wish I could say I don't know how you feel..

I'm beginning to feel better that I didn't buy that pulley set from him. Sorry to hear about the pedals though, that sucks. :(

I'm also in the same situation. Chris said all the orders went out on June 8. Kept calling him weekly after that to get a tracking #. Then sent an email, got a reply from Faraz that he would check on the tracking number...no more follow-up email. Tried to PM Tri Tuning...says my messages were read (through PM tracking), but still no info or tracking #. Can you please email and give me an update on this situation.

apparently it's very hard to get punted as a vendor unless you make an outwardly hostile move like JC Sports... avoid that, and you can promise the stars and deliver nothing, and blame shipping companies for loosing stuff that in fact was never sent.

that i'm not the only one who is still waiting for parts. Details aren't necessary, but service is definitely lacking.

Chris, sounds like you have some work to make up...or you'll have to stay after school and write "i'll return my customer's phone calls and send them tracking numbers" 100 times on the chalkboard.

Hey guys, sorry for the inconvience. It's too bad too, things are so much better now, but I still get bit in the ass once in awhile regarding the Sti groupbuy. Kim (pigboy) I saw that you tried PM'ing everyday this week, but the box was full and I couldnt figure out how to unload it. I refunded your money and RS*R's. Darwin, emailed you and never heard back from you.

And hey, when you ship out 100 packages a few go astray. Wish I could hand deliver everything, believe me i do.

Anyway, there's everything straightened out. Back to our regularly scheduled programming.

Some people have to live and learn when it comes to specific vendors. I have been there and done that. Got the empty promises to prove it!

TRiTuning is online pretty often... Why don't you guys use AIM to contact him or something? I've heard few complaints from time to time about TRiTuning... But so far, every time someone b*tches, they seem to resolve the situation right the way... but it must be crappy when you have to wait for months... Seems like TRiTuning is taking up the responsibility of these orders. But they just don't seem to remember what was ordered and shipped... Maybe they need a better database that generates bette reports on orders and stuff... and hire someone just to respond to people. I think most of the people won't get pissed off even if they have to wait for a long time as long as they are updated on what's going on... just a few thoughts:rolleyes:
