I recently purchased a '02 WRX and the guy said hed give me a free HKS Type-0 turbo timer. We picked the car up and it was wired for the turbo timer. One week later he shipped us only the tubro timer that needed to be plugged in. He said all we had to do was plug in the tt and it would be programmed and set. We plugged it in and nothing happens besides a beep noise. He said to only plug in the one corresponding wire. There should be LED lights and it should work he said. What should I do to get this turbo timer running?
