I just installed a headerback a few weeks ago, so im assuming it's the inefficient cat CEL from the rear O2...just wondering where the best place to get the code pulled is? or if i can do it myself with my laptop?

Did you get have turboback before you got the headerback or did the whole headerback all at once?

If you got the turboback before, is there a significant gain putting the header or did you not feel much?

ive just got an rs, so no turbo :)

huge, noticeable butt dyno gains from the headerback on the rs though. They're the brullen equal length headers, w/ hi-flow cat, custom 2.25" midpipe and magnaflow muffler. way more power across the whole band.

good luck getting rid of the cel. I have a full headerback brullen system i have yet to find something that will get rid of the cel. Dont even bother with the mech cel fix unless you can figure out a way to extend it even more because it doesnt work. I havnt personally tried the resistor cel fix but from what ive read it doesnt last either. I even tried to get a little CEL code reader and eraser from ebay but it doesnt work on subies i guess.


I just live with it.

oh well...at least it was an expected CEL...I'll probably get the code pulled anyways just to make sure it's not from something else, then just live with it.
