I bought my STI there, these guys could care less about their customers. I guess that is what happens at a large dealership. I will never bring my car there for service. Anyone know a good Subie dealer in North Jersey?

Yea RS22B and someone else work at Wayne Subaru... It's a shame you found out too late they would have treated you awesome. But yea, PM Billy.

I think a simple search of Ramsey Subaru would have brought up all the horror threads about them. They suck at life there.

Wayne or Town Motors in Englewood are the only reliable options in NNJ, as far as mod friendly dealers go. Plus they both have members on the boards.

I highly recommend Wayne Subaru as well.
I bought my STI there for a great deal(from Billy), no haggling and everyone that works there is a Subaru enthusiast. You will find very few dealerships(of any brand) where customers come to just hang out and bs with the sales and service people. GREAT place!

Anyone know a good Subie dealer in North Jersey?I went from Bill Kolb to Ramsey,I know the owner of Ramsey so I got a few dollars off the car, sale went ok,service was going ok until some staff were replaced and I had some warranty issues. It seems as long as I was paying everything was cool,I have been in this situation before and I see where this is going so I think its time to move on to Wayne Subaru.

Ramsey blows monkeys.

I called them on a Saturday afternoon when I was on Rt. 17, and asked if I could stop in for a test drive. The salesperson asked me WHEN I intended to buy the car. I told him within 2-3 weeks, and he said: "Why don't you come back then?"

Whaaaaa?!?!1! Must be something in the water there.

<--- Bought (2) wrx's from Liberty

I just bought form them. They are terrible. It took them a month and a half to get me my plates and reg. I got into a big fight with them. DMV was gunna suspend there liscence. They had to rent me a car and i could even drive mine for like 2 weekk. I def would not recommend them to anyone. it was just a big get in get out next please type of thing.
