I found my Silver 2000 RS there and I asked the salesman how much off list they would give me. He went to "talk to his sales mangager" and came back 15 min later with $400 off full-list!! Bye bye. Waste my time.

They are definitely one of the old-school, hard-sell, haggle for seven hours kind of dealers.

Maybe I could have gotten a good deal, maybe not, but instead I went to another dealer (Welsh Subaru, formerly in Media, PA) and paid them $500 over invoice to do a dealer swap for the car.

I bought my car from Welsh also, great down to earth dealer. I got $300 off my WRX wagon 5 speed, plus $500 more on my trade in than Roberts Subaru in Downingtown.

I bought my wife's Maxima here 2 years ago and the sales experience was so-so. Yeah, they didn't move much on the price and there was a couple "let me go talk to my manager"s. So why did I buy a 2004 WRX wagon there 2 days ago? Service. I've had very good luck with the service department. They are honest, which is all I ask for when someone is working on my car. They don't try to bend me over at every opportunity. I bought the Subaru through the IMBA VIP program, so haggling was not an issue.
