Service department. I asked for a 3k serice. And got a $50 oil change bill.
While waiting for my $50 oil change I was witness to two people being told they needed a $150 break service as the caliper on both cars was rusty and so was the rotors because they was not working properly. (both cars are hosed down before they are worked on. Rust would appear in minutes of the water touching the metal rotors).
Sales. Was all set to buy but the sales man uped the price to MSRP. Said he could sell it at that. So I bought else where. Called me later to say he would sell at the previous price.
Poor knowledge when it comes down to the technical side of it. I even had to inform them that the next batch of WRX's would not have a spoiler. I was told I didn't know what I was talking about. Untill the car arrived. I need say no more.
