King Of Imports 08-22-2005, 02:40 PM The warehouse where these are located are in the San Fernando Valley. They are sent out of that location. There is free shipping right now, so it would be delivered to you in a day or two, but you could pick it up if you wanted to make the trek out there.

Davenow 08-25-2005, 05:19 PM Not crapping your thread, but I gotta ask.
Why would we want to pay 160 bucks for the Braille when we can get the Odyssey for 80? The Odyssey is a proven battery in our cars. What is so great about the Braille? (I ask seriously, because everyone loves these so much)
moorebl 08-25-2005, 10:20 PM where can i get info on the odyssey pm me davenow

Braille's battery was designed for automotive use, Odyssey was not. Braille offers a very flexible 1 year warranty, Odyssey does not. Braille loves enthusiasts and enthusiasts love Braille.
What else do can I say?
SpeedMasterLee 08-26-2005, 06:16 AM what is the estimated life of a braille battery?
King Of Imports 08-26-2005, 02:05 PM I will look into it, but we have been selling these for over 18 months and still have not heard from our customers with the exception of one or two batteries out of 300 that died or were killed by overcharging.

Actually the pc680MJT is an automotive battery accoring to Odyssey, and it has a 2 year warranty. Its listed right on their website. The rumor that Odysseys dont have a warranty is just that. A rumor. You said flexible though, are the ppl at odyssey jerks when it comes to warranty time? Do they think they are SOA and their batts are 5MTs???:p
It is, however 15.4lbs.. Which is what? 30% heavier than the Braille.. I guess if lightweight, with money as no object. Dont get me wrong man, I am not trying to crap your thread, I am just trying to decide what my next battery will be. (getting another car, thinking of not going odyssey this time around, although my odyssey has served me well)
