the question is if its possible to use the same setup on the my06 with the by pass on existing GD cars.... now that would be cool

The air pump stuff? No, it's fairly complicated and involves channeling air through the heads, meaning the heads are completely different. I'm sure the catless uppipe off the 06 models would fit on the 05 and earlier ones though.
