Jelphree 08-23-2005, 11:55 PM Can you PM me about the new RSR ExMag cat-back? Just wondering what that small pipe is for and can the cat-back mate to an Invidia/Helix/dp that has a flat flange.
CVR Motorsports 08-24-2005, 04:52 PM The small pipe is an adapter for use with a stock dp/other than RSR dp. The RSR dp's are JDM length so an adapter is needed if not using their own dp.
Mounting this catback to any other dp is not a problem, but for the price of their dp (if you already have one that is) you should just go for their dp to keep the system within the same diameter.

Is this full 3"??? and is it jdm or usdm length?
CVR Motorsports 08-31-2005, 11:46 AM ExMag is 3" to the back when using their dp, which is JDM length. This is the reason behind the myth that people could only use their dp with their exhaust. Also, it comes with an adapter to use with the oem dp, and any other usdm length dp
The ExMag directly rivals the Greddy Evo2 as far as sound goes, so you do get a bit more rumble but the tone is low and quiet.
