I have a 2005 sti,

About a week ago, i would get a buzzing sound when i made the right turnal signal and den the sound would die, becuz the fuse has blown,, couldn't really figure it out,,, horn would go too,,, now the left signal is dead too.

I got someone to check my computar and dvd screen setup and he said it was fine. All the lights are still good, its just that i can't control nor use them. He said it was the hazard button cuz it didn't flash light it should as when the turn signal should, instead it remained on.

I'm worried about taking it in and they say its not under warrenty...what can i do? any ideas?

Sounds like the turn signal module. I'd take it in, can't imagine how they would say it isn't under warranty unless you've done a lot of wiring mods.

i got a dvd screen, computer installed at a&b sound. I got an independent guy to check everything out... he says its a clean job..

i got some neon floor lights,,, straight hook to battery, so i believe that should be fine...

I'm with R_W on this one I had another vehicle with similar symptoms and that what it was the round turn signal module

So, with my after market dvd screen and alarm, it won't void my warrenty on the signal module?

cuz if it does, i'll just pay to just fix that , and not get charged for complete diagnostics...

It really shouldn't have anything to do with it if it was a professional install. If they claim it does, I'd call BS. Make it clear up front.

I have a similiar but not identicle problem... I'm interested in the module but don't know where to look, can't find my manual... help.
