These guys are arrogant jerks, who couldnt fix a car if their life depended on it! They never have parts in stock and I have been waiting for screw covers for my doors that have been missing since the day I picked up the car January 28, 2000! thats right 2000!!!!!, same goes for a window regulator and something else I cant even remember its been so long!

They aligned my car 4 times for an off-center steering wheel, wich they couldnt even get right, I had to do it myself.

The only reason I take it there is cause its 2 minutes from my house and I have no time to take it somwhere else.

They damaged my e-brake handle and didnt fess up to it and wont fix it. The service manager has lied directly to my face about many things!

SOA is of no help.

If I didnt love my car so much, or this club, I would never by another subaru again!

The sales dept raped me something fierce on my car too. Very nice people but they still raped me. When the lease is up, im gonna drive my RS right through the showroom window, and go down to mastro subaru and buy a WRX :)

So dont buy a car there dont get service there, I hear there Nissan dept is just as bad, ask many on the board, I dont think you will find anyone with a good experience from them.

So is there a good dealership in NJ? I went to the one in Newton (Sussex county) and they treated my like ***** (I'm new here and don't know if you guys are down with profantity like CSi is).

Ive heard good things about flemingtion, and wayne, wayne is kinda small, but a couple of the guys in the tri state bought their cars there.

When I bought my 2003 WRX, I went to 12 dealerships in North Jersey. Lynnes Subaru BY FAR was the worst car shopping experience I had. They made me wait 40 minutes KellyBlueBook.com (and others) in hand, while the salesman talked to the manager, only to come out with a $2000 over invoice price.

Then they had the nerve to try to sell me a 2003 WRX with 3000 miles on it as "brand new", still $400 over regular invoice price even with the miles. I was FURIOUS when I left there.

DO NOT GO TO LYNNES SUBARU, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SUBARU DEALER IN NORTH JERSEY.

Wayne Subaru is very knowledgeable, as Bob Lesko (owner) used to run a Subaru Rally Race Shop out of that dealership.

Oradell is very respectful, great service, very polite. Morristown is huge, great selection, great prices.

Morristown has the best selection, and great prices, but all the salesmen and repairmen have little knowledge on features, parts, or maintenance.

Best: Wayne, Morristown, Oradell.
Good: Flemington, Ramsey, Cherry Hill
OK: Parsippany, Rahway, Jersey City, Nitti's in Hamilton
Horrible: Lynnes, Coleman in Trenton
