5000k will be a a real nice white and I can get 4500k also which will be like an OEM HID bulb color. And yes in H1 of course.

I've read that other HID kits require cutting/fitting, rewiring, even reconfiguring the lamp housing itself. How much IS involved in installing this kit? Does it fit/bolt right up or is there additional work that has to be done to make it fit? You mentioned the "harness" is part of this kit. Not sure what you mean by harness and/or whether it is required for the BD/BG Legacy or not.

Any install instructions and/or pics would be appreciated so potential buyers know what they're getting into before they purchase.

Thanks in advance.

No cutting here, I installed a kit on my M3 last night and it was plug and play. Very simple. The bulb comes with the backing of the bulb size in your current headlights so all you do it take out the stock bulbs and replace them with the HID bulbs, so lets say for example you have a 9006 bulb, you buy a 9006 kit from me, the backing of the bulb will be of a 9006 and it will fit perfectly.

The harness is sometimes optional in other kit. It has a relay and fuse to protect the electrical system of the car itself. Some cars from factory have good wiring and some don't like on my BMW, they told me that I don't need it because I have good wiring. It comes included and its a piece of mind. There is an instructions book that tells you have to wire it.

I can get the Hi/Lo kit but it's pricy but it's a top quality kit.

How expensive ... I think this has the potential to be a better option than morrettes to upgrade BD headlights .. If so I am very interested
thanks

On behalf of the nasioc legacy forum, I hearby state "I'd love to sample this kit at a reduced rate" :D

oh, and not to sound like an ass, but if you're going to be selling stuff I think they'd like you to apply for vendor status...

I did just waiting for them to get back to me. Nasioc is pretty slow, I did this on maxima.org and it was immediate.

The Hi/Lo kit is $380.00 but its top quality and lifetime warranty.

please e-mail me at bastoculo@aol.com so I can answer your questions more quickly.

Diego, you should setup your own account, preferably with your pending vendor name or something similar. Using a member's login to solicit a group buy isn't really the best plan.

...nor is selling a bunch of new merchandise as a vendor(versus used stuff as an individual) without paying the vendor fees to nasioc...

Hey look I have a job and don't need to make a living off of this, I just offered and didn't want to go through the hassle, using my friends account I just wanted to show that someone knew me and that you guys can feel comfortable dealing with me. Like I said I did e-mail and no one is getting back to me.

why is everyone sooo concerned about these rules? There are moderators to take care of these type of things. If they don't, then let it be. Most people speed too, and that is against the rules...let the moderators flex their power, not the rest that really have no reason for doing it other than just to say they did, especially after the guy had already posted that he emailed nasioc to apply.

anyone want to test these out? Might be the best option for a lot of us. People are paying almost that much for the JDM projectors, and this would "seem" to be a better option.

I'm surprised you haven't noticed, but moderation in the Leg forum is spotty at best. You have to report a post for anything to happen, and I sure didn't think that was necessary yet. A few words should suffice.

NASIOC had a history of group buys gone bad. That's why there are extremely strict rules about 'em... on top of the regular Vendor rules.

-It takes all of ~1 minute to create your own account.

-Yes, Nick is sometimes slow to respond to potential vendors. Can't help you out with that.

-It doesn't matter that you're not "making a living off this" 'cause you're clearly breaking the rules. But rather than get all defensive, you might consider abiding by people's suggestions. It might make you look a little better when you get your Vendor status.

I mean not getting defensive just saying I wrote an e-mail and not had a response, there is nothing I can do, hopefully he gets back to me soon so I can become a vendor, its not a problem.
